Rui Cardona Ferreira was a member of the Revision of the Public Domain System’s Commission

Rui Cardona Ferreira integrated the Commission responsible for the legislative proposal that approves the General Public Domain System. The proposal has been presented on October 27th by Professor João Caupers, the Commission’s President, in the presence of the Secretary of State for Finances and Treasury and the Secretary of Minister Council Presidency.
This legislative proposal intends to create a regulatory document in terms of public domain, which is foreseen in the Constitution (article 84º, number 2) since 1989, but had not been materialized until now.
