Rui Cardona Ferreira takes part in Conference on the State’s Civil Liability

On May 10 the Centre for Legal Studies (CEJ - Centro de Estudos Judiciários) organizes, at its headquarters, the Conference on the State’s Civil Liability. Rui Cardona Ferreira, SÉRVULO associate, will be speaking at the event with a paper on Pre-Contractual Civil Liability, with a special focus on compensation for loss of chance.

The event is aimed at judges, public prosecutors and other forensic professionals, and its objective is to analyse and discuss the theme of the State’s Civil Liability from the perspective of Administrative and Civil Law, looking especially at highway planning and construction, related judicial errors and the most recent research done on the matter.
