Rita Canas da Silva in an interview with Legalink as part of the Woman in Law group spoke about equality, diversity and inclusion on the legal sector.

 

In the interview, the partner of SÉRVULO's Employment department pointed out that, despite the progress that has already been made, there are still obstacles to the professional progression and inclusion of women lawyers in management positions, alongside social and cultural challenges that need to be overcome. Legalink, as a multicultural organisation, plays a very important role in promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
