The Seminar on Investment Arbitrations takes place on April 14th. This is an event organised by the Lisbon Commercial Association and by the Portuguese Arbitration Association. Prof. Sérvulo Correia will give a paper on “the arbitrability of disputes relating to investments not covered by a State contract”.
