Pedro Silveira Borges is the new partner hired by the Commercial, Corporate and M&A department

Pedro Silveira Borges, now a partner in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A department, has vast experience in providing legal advice in commercial and corporate law, with a focus on advising on mergers and acquisitions of national and foreign companies, especially in the energy and health sectors. 

Before joining SÉRVULO he was a lawyer at the law firm "Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados", between 2016 and 2021, and was assistant to the Secretary of State of Finance of the XIX Constitutional Government, between 2013 and 2015. His academic curriculum includes the LL.M - Master of Laws in International Business, the postgraduate course in Commercial Law, the Master in Law and Management, all from the Lisbon School of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University. 

SÉRVULO 's Commercial, Corporate and M&A team is further reinforced with the hiring of the associate Catarina Marques da Silva.

Both new additions reinforce the department's response capacity in all the sectors in which it operates, such as health, energy, tourism, industry, commerce and distribution.
