Pedro Fernández Sánchez coordinates conference on Revision of Public Contracts Code

Pedro Fernández Sánchez coordinated a conference at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon on the Revision of the Public Contracts Code, approved by Decree-Law n. 111-B/2017, of August 31. The event took place on September 25 and 26.

The conference addressed the main developments brought about by the new public procurement legislation and included constributions from renowned experts in this field, including a closing intervention by the Portuguese Secretary of State for Infrastructure, Guilherme Oliveira Martins.

Pedro Fernández Sánchez was one of the conference speakers, with a paper on the subject of the scope of application of the public procurement regime, as was Mark Kirkby, who spoke about the new legislative developments in what concerns in-house and inter-administrative contracting.
