Paulo Câmara teaches on a Postgraduate course in Securities Law

Paulo Câmara, partner at SÉRVULO, will lecture on the XVII Postgraduate Course in Security Law, sponsored by the Institute of Securities of the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon. The course will take place between October 2012 and June 2013.

The course is aimed at lawyers, judges, auditors, financial analysts, bankers, economists and managers and will address issues such as competing IPOs, recapitalization of banks, short selling, private debt markets, the securities settlement system of the Eurozone, and voting agreements, among other things.
