Paulo Câmara takes part in seminar on Comparative Company Law

Prof. Harm Schepel and SÉRVULO partner Paulo Câmara will lead the seminar Comparative Company Law, which will take place at the Law Faculty of the Portuguese Catholic University in Lisbon, from 30th March to 1st April (see attached document for exact times). The seminar will focus primarily on matters related to Company Law from a comparative perspective and on issues of Corporate Governance. The seminar is open to the public, but subject to a registration fee.
