Paulo Câmara delivers lecture on Corporate Governance at the CEJ

Paulo Câmara, partner at SÉRVULO, will deliver a lecture at the Centre for Judicial Studies (CEJ - Centro de Estudos Judiciários, part of the Portuguese Ministry of Justice) on Corporate Governance, with special focus on Administration, on 17 May.

The lecture is part of the specialization course on the Jurisdiction of Commercial Courts, taking place in May at the Auditório do Pólo II of the CEJ.
Paulo Câmara stated on the matter: “Corporate Governance completely redefines the way company law norms are prepared and interpreted. In this context the judge’s role is fundamental to ensure that good governance models are effective in practice”.
