Paulo Câmara coordinates the 2nd Congress on Securities and Financial Markets

The 2nd Congress on Securities and Financial Markets organized by the Almedina Group and Governance Lab, coordinated by Paulo Câmara, Managing Partner of Sérvulo & Associados will take place on 12th and 13th April at Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon.
The Congress will analyze and discuss the challenges of the Financial Markets and the reflections of the recent changes. The Financial Markets are affected by an accelerated regulatory output, not only European (DMIF II, Directive on the Rights of Shareholders II, European Securitization Regulation) but also national (new commercial paper regime, SIMFE, and unified governance code). Financial markets continue to be a privileged stage of innovation, not only technologically, but also in terms of distributed financial instruments (eg ICO's and tokenized securities).
During the Congress, the opening session will be held by Filomena Oliveira, Vice-President of CMVM, on Regulation and Future of the Capital Markets and the closing session, underwritten by Pedro Siza Vieira, Deputy Minister of the XXI Constitutional Government, on legislative reforms of the national Capital Market.
