Nuno Pais Gomes comments on dismissals in public sector

Following the Constitutional Court's decision to declare as unconstitutional the cut in bonuses for public sector employees, Nuno Pais Gomes, of Sérvulo's labour law department, was interviewed by news programme Hoje (of second national television channel RTP2) on the legislation governing dismissals in the public sector.
