Miguel Gorjão-Henriques participates in conference on transposition of private enforcement directive

The conference on the Transposition of the Private Enforcement Directive, organised by the ICC - International Chamber of Commerce, takes place on October 28. The event is sponsored by SÉRVULO, which will be represented by Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, partner and head of the firm's European Law and Competition Law department and President of the Competition Commission of ICC Portugal.

The conference aims to present the views of the main stakeholders - judges, lawyers and companies - on a subject that could revolutionise the way competition law is applied in Portuguese courts, and that should be a central concern for companies and their compliance programmes.

Miguel Gorjão-Henriques will be one of the speakers debating the directive, the legislative process and the impact of private enforcement.
