Miguel Gorjão-Henriques moderates Webinar on the Conclusions of the XXX FIDE Congress

On 14 November  the Portuguese Association of European Law ("APDE"), with the support of the Legal Institute of the University of Coimbra, is organising a Webinar on the Conclusions of the XXX FIDE Congress (1st session), which took place in June in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The topic under analysis Mutual Trust, Mutual Recognition and the Rule of Law was the subject of a General Report drawn up by Miguel Poiares Maduro, Dean of the Católica Global School of Law and Professor. The national report was drawn up by Dulce Lopes, Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and Member of the Coordinating Council of the Legal Institute, and Rita Aroso Duarte, Master in International and European Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, with an LL.M. in European Union Law from the College of Europe, representing APDE. The rapporteurs will present their conclusions on the subject and the moderator will be Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, Vice-President of APDE and partner at SÉRVULO. 

There will be a period of debate at the end of the presentations. Participation in the Webinar is free but subject to prior registration.
