Miguel Gorjão-Henriques launches book on Competition Law

The book on competition law "Lei da Concorrência – Comentário Conimbricense" is launched on June 28 at Espaço Almedina (Atrium Saldanha). The work is edited by SÉRVULO partner Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, and it will be presented by its authors, including, apart from Mr. Gorjão-Henriques, Prof. Manuel Lopes Porto, of the Law Faculty of the University of Coimbra, and José Luís da Cruz Vilaça, the Portuguese judge at the European Court of Justice.

Miguel Gorjão-Henriques heads the European and Competition department at SÉRVULO, and he is a lecturer at the Law Faculty of the University of Coimbra, as well as being the President of the Competition Commission of the ICC - Portugal. He was a member of the commissions that drafted the last two versions of the competition legislation in Portugal, in 2003 and 2012.
