Miguel Gorjão-Henriques in conference on restrictive commercial practices

Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, head of SÉRVULO’s European and Competition department and President of the Competition Commission of the Portuguese Delegation of the ICC, will chair the roundtable “Application of the new law: challenges for companies and authorities”, at the conference on restrictive commercial practices that takes place on June 4. The topics covered by the conference include classical prohibition of selling below cost and remedy against unfair trade practices.
