Miguel Gorjão-Henriques comments on the revision of the law on restrictive trade practices

In an interview with the Portuguese daily newspaper Jornal I, Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, EU Law and Competition partner at SÉRVULO, warns of the dangers of the new decree-law on restrictive trade practices. Miguel Gorjão-Henriques also claims that the new law not only does not safeguard competition, but it will be detrimental to consumers and small suppliers in the agro-food industry, groups which the law allegedly claims to protect.
