Miguel Gorjão-Henriques analyses the new Portuguese Competition Code

On July 13 the conference “The new competition legal regime” takes place at the Congress Centre of the Portuguese Catholic University in Lisbon. The event is organized by the Portuguese Competition Authority, in conjunction with the Law Faculty of the Portuguese Catholic University and the Católica Global School of Law, and it will have an intervention by Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, SÉRVULO partner and head of the EU and Competition department, as part of the panel on “Restrictive practices and leniency: new developments”, which will be chaired by Prof. Jaime Andrez, member of the board of the Portuguese Competition Authority.
