Mark Kirkby attends conference on new statute of roads of national highway network

Mark Kirkby, a partner of SÉRVULO’s Public Law department, was a guest speaker at the conference on the new statute of the roads of the highway network (“O Novo Estatuto das Estradas da Rede Rodoviária”), organised by the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, with support from Infraestruturas de Portugal, on October 6. Mark Kirkby took part in the second panel on the use of public highways by private individuals, with a paper on public highway concessions.
