Margarida Sepúlveda Teixeira gives training on the Accompanied Adult Framework Scheme

On 28 February, a training session entitled «The Accompanied Adult Framework Scheme», organised by the Bar Association – Lisbon Regional Council, will take place at the Oeiras branch.

Margarida Sepúlveda Teixeira, a lawyer in SÉRVULO’s Litigation and Arbitration department, will address the changes to the Civil Code and the Civil Procedure Code introduced as a result of the New Accompanied Adult Framework Scheme, which revoked the statutes on interdiction and disqualification.
