Madalena Gonçalves da Silva is the new Human Resources Director at SÉRVULO

SÉRVULO has a new Human Resources Director, Madalena Gonçalves da Silva. The firm has strengthened its management structure, investing in the expansion and professionalization of its business services areas.
 
Madalena Gonçalves da Silva will coordinate the firm's Human Resources Department. SÉRVULO already comprises a team of over 150 professionals, including lawyers and support teams. Madalena will focus on talent acquisition and retention, human resources daily management, and the implementation of innovative practices and initiatives aimed at fostering an inclusive work culture as well as promoting well-being.
 
With a Law degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Madalena Gonçalves da Silva completed an Executive Postgraduate Program in People and Talent Management at NOVA SBE, in 2021.
 
She practiced labor law for six years, having worked with SÉRVULO's Labor Law department from 2021 to 2023.
 
Before returning to SÉRVULO as Human Resources Director, she also worked as employment counsel at Remote.com.
