MLGTS, Sérvulo and the construction of Europe

SÉRVULO IN THE PRESS 21 May 2014 in advocatus Online

Carlos Botelho Moniz and Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, partners responsible for the European and Competition law departments at MLGTS and SÉRVULO, respectively, are going to join José Luís da Cruz Vilaça, president of the governing board of the Portuguese Association of European Law (APDE – Associação Portuguesa de Direito Europeu) to discuss the institutions involved in the construction of Europe.

The conference, with the title “Balance of the validity of the Treaty of Lisbon on the eve of the elections for the European Parliament”, takes place on May 23, and will cover the Treaty of Lisbon, citizenship and fundamental rights, as well as the Economic and Monetary Union in the validity of the same treaty.
