Lex Debata carries out Ciclos de Corporate Governance

Advocatus Online references the course “Ciclos de Corporate Governance”, an initiative of Lex Debata - Seminários Jurídicos, which takes place throughout April in Lisbon, in partnership with the National Association of Young Portuguese Lawyers (ANJAP - Associação Nacional dos Jovens Advogados Portugueses) and the Portuguese Institute for Corporate Governance (IPCG - Instituto Português de Corporate Governance).

Paulo Câmara, Managing Partner of SÉRVULO, will be one of the speakers on the course, and he will be covering the themes of governance models of limited liability companies, the civil liability of executives, group relations and conflicts of interest, and the financing of companies.
