Lawyers of Sérvulo & Associados in OA Working Group
SÉRVULO IN THE PRESS 05 Feb 2018 in Eco
The President of Portuguese Bar Association, Guilherme Figueiredo, elected the members of the Working Group for the Reform of Counter-Ordinances, on January 30th at the premises of the Bar Association in Lisbon.
The purpose of the group is to "monitor and participate in the discussions on the reform of the administrative offenses law, reccommend to the Cabinet proposals for legislative changes that this Cabinet can latter send fot the Presidence of Bar Association for aproval by the General Council.
Ana de Brito Camacho and Cláudia Amorim, both main associates of Sérvulo & Associados, are members of the Working Group for the Reform of Administrative Offenses, created by the Office of Legislative Policy of the Portuguese Bar Association.
Ana de Brito Camacho is a member of OA's Legislative Policy Office and Cláudia Amorim, member of the board of the Penal Forum.
