Launch of book on presidential powers

The Portuguese business daily Jornal de Negócios gives note of the launch of the book by SÉRVULO Public Law associate Pedro Fernández Sánchez on the presidential powers over the formation and maintenance of government ("Os Poderes Presidenciais sobre a Formação e a Subsistência do Governo", Coimbra Editores), and which takes place today at 6:30pm at the Portuguese Bar Association.
