José Duarte Coimbra participates in seminar on energy efficiency

The seminar, organised by EDP and Jornal de Negócios, on managing energy efficiency in the public sector (“A Gestão Eficiente de Energia no Setor Público") takes place on November 18 at Quinta das Lágrimas in Coimbra. The event will debate the financial instruments available in the new Portugal 2020 framework.

SÉRVULO associate José Duarte Coimbra will give a paper on the challenges presented to the public energy sector by the amendments to the new public procurement code ("Os Desafios do Setor Energético no Setor Público, alterações do novo código de contratação pública").
