João Lamy da Fontoura returns to SÉRVULO's Public Law team

João Lamy da Fontoura returns to SÉRVULO as a Consultant in the Public Law department. With more than 20 years' experience in the area of public law, the lawyer has advised the most renowned public and private entities, both national and international, on a wide range of matters.

This integration reinforces the public law department in key areas of our activity, in particular, infrastructure projects, public contracts and arbitration, says Manuel Magalhães, Sérvulo's Managing Partner.

With a degree in law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2002) and a post-graduate degree in Administrative Litigation Law from the Portuguese Catholic University (2004), João Lamy da Fontoura has focused his activity in the area of public law, namely in the areas of administrative law, public contracts, public procurement and dispute resolution, particularly in the context of arbitration. He has been a member of the list of arbitrators of the Administrative Arbitration Center since 2015 and is the author of several publications on public law and public procurement.
