João Amaral e Almeida takes part in I Legal Forum World Cup Brazil 2014

The I Forum World Cup Brazil 2014 takes place in Salvador, capital of the Brazilian state of Bahia, on December 13. SÉRVULO partner João Amaral e Almeida is one of the public law specialists speaking at the event organised by the Brazilian Public Law Institute (IBDP - Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Público). The aim of the conference is to discuss the recent Brazilian Differentiated Procurement Regime (RDC - Regime Diferenciado de Contratação), which was created especially to speed up the public procurement processes required by the World Cup taking place in Brazil in 2014.

Brazil is hosting the largest football event in the world, and games will be played in 12 cities, which means organising sectors as diverse and complex as traffic, transport, public safety, tourism, telecommunication, health and commerce.
