João Amaral e Almeida leads sessions on public procurement in health sector

On September 26 and 27 João Amaral e Almeida, partner at SÉRVULO in the area of public procurement, leads two awareness-raising sessions on “The new public procurement rules and their application in the context of hospitals (public enterprise companies)”. The sessions are organized by the Portuguese Health Ministry Shared Services (SPMS – Serviços Partilhados do Ministério da Saúde, EPE) in collaboration with the Institute of National Administration, Directorate-General of Training of Public Service Employees (INA— Direcção-Geral da Qualificação dos Trabalhadores em Funções Públicas) and is mainly aimed at hospitals.

The content of the sessions focuses on the new regulation that entered into force in Portugal in August, after the amendments to the legislation governing hospitals classified as public enterprise companies.

The sessions take place in Lisbon at the Infarmed auditorium on September 26 and in Porto at the IPO auditorium on September 27.
