In a radio interview with the Portuguese station Renascença, as part of the programme "Em Nome da Lei", João Amaral e Almeida, SÉRVULO partner of the Public Law department, explained, in relation to the declarations made by António Costa, Portugal's new left-wing prime minister, on the possibility of cancelling the private concessions of the public transport systems in Lisbon and Portugal, that there are no legal obstacles to such a volte-face.
