João Amaral e Almeida and Pedro Fernández Sánchez take part in Public Session on PCC Revision

On Friday September 30, João Amaral e Almeida and Pedro Fernández Sánchez take part in a public debate on the Revision of the Public Contracts Code (PCC) organised by the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal. The two SÉRVULO lawyers will moderate two of the roundtables bringing together academics and other specialists on the area of public contracts, including Pedro Gonçalves, Miguel Raimundo, Ana Gouveia Martins, Mark Kirkby, Lino Torgal, Margarida Cabral, Rodrigo Esteves de Oliveira, Marco Caldeira and Luís Verde de Sousa, with the aim of presenting a critical analysis of the solutions proposed by the Preliminary Draft of Revision of the PCC, issued last month by the Government.
