In an interview to Jornal de Negócios, Manuel Magalhães, Managing Partner at SÉRVULO, predicts that Portugal "will maintain its ability to attract foreign investment and that there will be an increase in transactions [...]".
 
"The dynamism of certain sectors such as financial services, asset management, real estate, energy, telecommunications, and infrastructure will persist," he adds.
 
Regarding Digitalization, Artificial Intelligence, and ESG topics, Manuel Magalhães highlights that, among the main challenges for 2025, "law firms will continue to face the need to adapt to technological innovation and implement increasingly efficient models [...]". He also notes that "another major challenge, if not the greatest, will be talent retention [...]". Concerns related to cybersecurity, cyber defense, and data protection are expected to create new opportunities and drive renewed momentum in this sector," states the Sérvulo leader. He also anticipates that 2025 "will be a year of growth in the area of Space Law."
