IV International Meeting on Arbitration in Coimbra

For the third consecutive year, SÉRVULO will be one of the sponsors of the International Meeting on Arbitration, organised by José Miguel Júdice and António Pinto Leite, and taking place at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and at the Quinta das Lágrimas Palace Hotel on October 9-11.

Professor Sérvulo Correia will be one of the people honoured this year, and he will chair one of the panels, on Assumptions of Civil Liability and Arbitration - Good Faith, Loss of Chance, Split the baby, Competition of Guilt; Perspectives of Civil Law and Common Law.
