II SÉRVULO ESG Congress - Reporting and Due Diligence: new duties and new challenges

The II SÉRVULO ESG Congress will take place on 26 November in person at the Pousada de Lisboa.
 
This year's event will centre on the theme of Reporting and Due Diligence: new duties and new challenges, with a focus on the challenges posed to companies by new European and national developments linked to environmental, social and governance sustainability.
 
The congress will be divided into two main sessions. The first, entitled CSRD/ESRS: new reporting obligations, will address the annual sustainability reporting requirements applicable to companies within the scope of CSRD/ESRS and their value chain. The second session, entitled CSDDD: new due diligence duties, will address topics such as due diligence duties and the chain of activities, articulation with competition law restrictions, preparation of the transition plan, responsible contracting and the importance of ethical clauses, and finally, ESG litigation.
 
Join us on 26 November to listen to and debate with a panel of speakers who are at the forefront of ESG issues, made up of Conceição Lucas, Professor at the Portuguese Catholic University, Rui Francisco, President, The Sustainability Network, Ana Santos Duarte, Member of the Executive Committee of the NOVA Knowledge Centre for Business (NOVA BHRE), João Wengorovius Meneses, Founder of Hub 2050, Ana Filipa Morais Antunes, Professor at the Portuguese Catholic University and from SÉRVULO, partners Paulo Câmara, Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, Mafalda Ferreira Santos, Rita Canas da Silva, Ana Moutinho Nascimento, as well as Maria José Lourenço and Mariana Pinto Ramos, consultant and associate, respectively. The event will be opened by SÉRVULO's Managing Partner, Manuel Magalhães. At the close, the Sérvulo Innovation Lab will be presented by Rita Canas da Silva.
