The second conference on securities, II Jornandas Mobiliárias, an event on capital markets and organised by the Private Law Research Centre (Centro de Investigação de Direito Privado) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. The conference will cover themes such as change strategies, corporate governance, EU and US frameworks and market stability, liquidity and confidence.
