I Securities Conference

On March 19 the I Securities Conference takes place at the auditorium of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. This is a new initiative organised by the Research Centre on Private Law (CIDP - Centro de Investigação de Direito Privado).

Miguel Brito Bastos, External Counsel at SÉRVULO in the area of Financial and Governance, will take part in one of the morning panels, with a paper on the validity of swaps contracts in Portuguese Law.
