Tiago Fidalgo de Freitas, member of the legal team at SÉRVULO, was guest speaker at a symposium on “Global Administrative Law”, held on 16 June this year and organized by the Law Faculty at the University of Edinburgh.
Speaking on the theme of “The added value of global administrative law”, Tiago Fidalgo de Freitas examined the different legal approaches to the international and transnational phenomena of global governance – ranking from networks for national regulators to traditional international organizations, as well as hybrid public-private entities and informal bodies.
