Gathering criminal evidence in cloud computing systems

David Silva Ramalho, an associate at SÉRVULO in the Corporate Crime and Regulatory Compliance and Intellectual Property, Data Protection and IT departments, has published an article in the second issue of the Portuguese journal “Revista de Direito Intelectual”. The article is entitled “A recolha de prova penal em sistemas de computação em nuvem" (“Gathering criminal evidence in cloud computing systems”), and it addresses the jurisdictional and forensic aspects of gathering evidence in cloud computing systems.
