Fórum Penal organises Conference on Domestic Violence and Stalking

On February 2 the Portuguese Association of Criminal Law Lawyers (Fórum Penal – Associação de Advogados Penalistas) organises its first series of conferences, which takes place in Porto. This debut edition will focus on the current issues of Domestic Violence and Stalking, with special regard, in the latter case, for the effects of the Istanbul Convention.

Forum Penal, which was established in 2012, aims to bring together Portuguese lawyers whose private and/or academic practice is primarily focused on criminal law in the broadest sense, including criminal procedure, administrative offences and prison law. SÉRVULO associate Cláudia Amorim sits on the Association's Board.
