Fórum Pena organises conference on reforms to administrative offences

On March 10 and 17 the Portuguese Association of Criminal Law Lawyers (Fórum Penal – Associação de Advogados Penalistas) organises a conference on whether reforms are needed to administrative offences “Reforma, precisa-se?”, event which takes place at the Portuguese Parliament.

The conference, which boasts contributions from distinguished jurists, including some representing the Portuguese Parliament and Government, members of the judiciary, of regulating entities, academics and lawyers, aims to reflect on and debate the evolution of Administrative Offences Law and the potential need for a related legislative reform.

Lawyers of SÉRVULO's Corporate Crime and Regulatory Compliance department will participate, namely Teresa Serra, Of Counsel and department co-head as well as member of the Consulting Board of Fórum Penal, will chair the very last roundtable, José Lobo Moutinho, partner and department co-head, will be one of the speakers on the second day of the conference, while Cláudia Amorim, Principal Associate and Member of the Board of Fórum Penal, will chair the last roundtable taking place on the first day.
