For the sake of moralising the State

SÉRVULO’s Finance and Governance department lawyer, Inês Palma Ramalho, has written an opinion article for the Dia 15 newspaper on the flaws of the Portuguese State, especially when it comes to debts.

“The State - any State - should be able, by its nature and function, to behave correctly or even exemplarily when it comes to fulfilling its obligations. So, why isn't the state a good person?” she says.
