European Law highlighted at ASAP training

As part of the training that will take place at the Association of Portuguese Law Firms (ASAP - Associação das Sociedades de Advogados de Portugal), on January 12th, there will be a session on “The access to justice through the European Court of Justice for public and private entities: the direct impugnability of EU acts” led by Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, SÉRVULO partner and EU and Competition Law specialist.

The aim of this training session is to give a view of a) the assumptions on which direct impugnability (as opposed to indirect or incidental impugnability) of EU acts before the competent court in the ECJ is based on, and b) the difficulties inherent to an effective use of the EU judicial system. This training is aimed at lawyers of law firms associate to ASAP.
