Duarte Rodrigues Silva, partner in the Public Law department at SÉRVULO, will participate in the Congress “Institutionalized Administrative Arbitration,” which will take place on December 12 and 13 in the Grand Hall of the Matosinhos City Hall.
The partner will participate as a moderator in the panel on the topic “Public Works Contracts – Contract Formation and Execution,” which will also feature contributions from João Marrana, Chairman of the Board of Metro Mondego, and Nuno Silva, from the Legal Department of Mota-Engil.
This congress is organized by CAMIGAP – Center for Arbitration and Mediation of IGAP.
