Differentiated Procurement Regime under scrutiny

On October 5, João Amaral e Almeida, partner at SÉRVULO, was a guest speaker at the Seminar on the Impacts of the Differentiated Procurement Regime on Bids and Procurement, held in São Paulo. The meeting aimed to address the main aspects related to the Brazilian Differentiated Procurement Regime (DRC, Law 12.462/11) and its impact on the private sector, such as reduction of costs and deadlines. João Amaral e Almeida’s paper focused in the DRC rules regarding judging criteria, extrapolating from European experiences and perspectives.
