Commission on leases discusses amendments to commercial leases

The Monitoring Committee for the Law on Urban Leases, chaired by SÉRVULO partner Rui Medeiros, last Tuesday analysed the amendments to be made to the law, namely in what concerns non-residential leases. The newspaper Jornal de Negócios reported that the Government seems open to bettering laws governing commercial leases.
