NEWS AND EVENTS 03 Oct 2024 in Advocatus | ECO
The legal sector is one of the most susceptible to mental health issues. On a daily basis, lawyers face pressures, whether from clients, firms, or due to deadlines and work demands, and companies can play a key role in both preventing and addressing the problem. Partner Rita Canas da Silva assures that at SÉRVULO, there is a direct link between physical and mental well-being and productivity levels. "We know that to give our best, we need to be at our best. That's why SÉRVULO has long been developing strategies to promote a healthy working environment," she emphasizes.

The firm, led by Manuel Magalhães, has been promoting flexible working models to allow for a better balance between personal and professional life. "We maintain a hybrid work regime, with two days of remote work, while upholding a rational commitment to professional excellence and client relations," he explains. In the office, occasions such as birthdays, the mornings of children's first days at school, and the afternoons of children's birthdays are times when "the same level of availability is not expected."
