Arbitration frees judges from time-consuming matters

In an interview to the legal magazine Advocatus, on the occasion of the Seminar on Administrative Law Arbitration, Sérvulo Correia, founding partner of SÉRVULO, discusses the challenges facing Arbitration in Portugal. In his opinion, arbitration helps to fight against the slowness of the Portuguese legal system insofar as it frees judges from complex cases that take up a large amount of time.
