Arbitration and administrative mediation: a challenge for Portuguese administrative disputes

The legal magazine Advocatus highlighted the latest edition of the above conference, which took place on September 30 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. Mark Kirkby, partner of SÉRVULO and arbitrator of the Centre for Administrative Arbitration (CAAD - Centro de Arbitragem Administrativa) was one of the speakers at the event. During his intervention Mark Kirkby focused his discussion on the arbitrability in administrative law.
