António Cadilha publishes book

António Cadilha, SÉRVULO public law associate, has co-authored a book on pre-contractual dispute resolution and the statutory scheme governing the invalidity of public contracts. The work, “O Contencioso pré-contratual e o regime de invalidade dos contratos públicos. Perspetivas face à diretiva 2007/66/CE (segunda Diretiva «meios contenciosos»)”, is published by Almedina, and is launched on September 17 at the bookshop Almedina Atrium Saldanha, in Lisbon. The book is co-authored with Carlos Fernandes Cadilha.
