Ana Rita Paínho, partner in SÉRVULO's Intellectual Property, TMT and Life Sciences departments, took office as Client Ombudswoman of the Portuguese Association of Travel Agents (APAVT). The Client's Ombudsman is an entity created by APAVT, but independent from it, which defends and promotes the rights of consumers of travel and tourism agency services.
