Ana Luísa Guimarães participates in the 12th Water Conference Expo

On November 7 and 8 takes place in Lisbon the 12th Water Conference Expo under the motto "Ensuring sustainability, striving for excellence. Challenges and future trends ". In what is traditionally the largest national event on the water sector, Ana Luisa Guimarães, partner of SÉRVULO in the area of Public Law, will take part of the great debate on municipal Water Supply Systems aggregations and what should be taken into account in the decision of the municipalities. The debate will discuss topics such as the types of aggregation models available to the mayors, as well as the risks and benefits of each; the current financing opportunities and their legal and administrative obstacles, as well as municipal autonomy versus the integration of municipalities and the role of private ones. Moderated by Diogo Faria de Oliveira, President of the Management Support Group of PENSAAR 2020 and member of the National Water Council, the panel will also count on the participation of João de Quinhones Levy, Professor of IST, Orlando Borges, President of ERSAR and Vitor Lemos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SMSBVC.
